it's been almost a month since I've had a cigarette. Not that it's a huge thing, I've only replaced these habits. instead of taking breaks with a "dancer stick" I take my breaks different ways. Once upon a smoke I might have done some light stretching inbetween drags, but now it's full on warrior poses and sun salutations.
It's amazing to me how fast a body can change. On the one hand I can run a mile without stopping to catch breath. I just put on queen and force my lungs through one more repetition of Rhapsody, and even then my legs get tired first. On the Other hand, I have a perpetual "food baby". No worries though, I go to the clinic at least 3 days a week. Too much?
I predict I've had at least 80 lollypops of various kinds. At first it was tootsie, although recently blow pops are all the rage. For a few days in the transitory period I was more than irritable. My roommates gave me birthday pops 3 days after I had run out. "Dont buy any pops, we'll get you some." I nicced out harder for pops than I had for smokes.
People bagging meals
Boxes stacked on my pallet
Chicken scents linger
Refrigerator
Your corners lack hiding spots
Mmmmm hidden pizza
Airplane tickets sold
Soon enough you will be mine
Concrete hope follows
and finally...
